Terms & Conditions of Spin2Win
The Spin2Win promotion:

Standard USSD rates apply. 20c/20seconds or part thereof up to 3 minutes.

1. The promoters are Resellers of Spin2Win;
2. Contestants are entered into the competitions when purchasing content and stand a chance to win airtime and / or the prizes on promotion;
3. Contestants can buy as much content as they want;
4. All prizes awarded will be instant prizes of free airtime. Contract and prepaid subscribers may enter the promotion but winnings can only be utilised directly by prepaid subscribers. This winning airtime pin vouchers will also be sent to contract subscribers who can then use the winnings to be redeemed by any prepaid phone subscriber of their choice i.e. family and friends with prepaid accounts;
5. Winnings are usually recharged within 15 minutes of received the winning entry from the prepaid winner. The recharge time of winnings is however not guaranteed and may take longer to deliver to the specific winner of the airtime winnings;
6. An entrant must have sufficient funds available on their prepaid accounts to participate in the promotion - if the entrant enters the competition with no funds available on their prepaid accounts no winnings will be paid out to the entrant - if they should win a prize;
7. Should the MSISDN not be billed the agreed amount due to circumstances beyond our control no winnings will be paid out to the entrant – if they should win a prize;
8. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize;
9. This promotion and service will run continuously;
10. All prices include VAT;
11. Errors billed;
12. Free SMS's and bundles do NOT apply;
13. This service is available on all networks;
14. Bill payers permission required;
15. Permission is required by parents or guardians for any person entering under the age of 18;
16. Network + WAP charges extra;
17. Updates sent until cancelled. By participating you agree to receive marketing material from Spin2Win and its associates from time to time;
18. The winning contestants shall be drawn by way of a lucky draw for the prizes. Due to multiple competitions running concurrently winners will be notified as soon as possible;
19. Entering the competition will be free with the purchase of content;
20. The winners will be contacted on their cell phone numbers used to enter the competition;
21. The winning contestants shall be the people who are randomly drawn and the lawful users of such mobile phone numbers from which the WEB request message was sent;
22. The promoter will announce and contact the winners within 28 days or as stated on marketing material;
23. The judge's decision is final;
24. Staff and family of the promoter(s) and all affiliated companies are prohibited from entering the competition;
25. The promoters and their associated companies, agents, partners and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever arising from an entrant's participation in the competition;
26. Entry is open to anyone on the mobile networks, except any director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to anyone associated with the promoter or its affiliated companies;
27. In the event of any dispute arising from the competition, the promoters may, at their sole and absolute discretion, be able to nominate an independent 3rd party to adjudicate and decide upon any issues arising from such dispute. Such party's decision will be final and binding upon all participants. The promoter's, organizers and judges will be not obliged to give reasons for their decisions or to enter into correspondence in connection therewith;
28. This promotion complies with section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 and is open to all South African residents. Changes to section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 may necessitate changes to the terms and conditions of the competition;
29. Spin2Win will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the service is always available but does not guarantee its availability;
30. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Spin2Win which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition, Spin2Win reserves the right in its sole discretion, subject to any written Spin2Win direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process;
31. With regards to any entry using text via mobile phone or entry via the WEB: Entrants must enter via their own mobile phone. Spin2Win is under no obligation to make inquiries as to who is the owner of the mobile phone or the mobile phone number;
32. To the extent permitted by law, Spin2Win, telephone networks, or service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction;
33. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Spin2Win database;
34. Spin2Win is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission;
35. Spin2Win is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any, computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition;
36. Spin2Win disclaims any responsibility for the inability to enter, complete or continue the promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise;

38. Competition will run from 7th April 2011 till 29th July 2011
39. This competition is open to South African Citizens with a valid green bar coded identity document only.
40. Finalists will be drawn weekly from 8th April 2011 by MyeLife management.
41. No further entries will be accepted after 19h00 on the 29th July 2011.
42. Customers may enter as many times as they wish.
43. By entering customers consent to receive further marketing communication from MyeLife.
44. The Management of Myelife will select the finalist for each week on a Friday.
45. The relevent individual will be contacted telephonically via the number by a member of the Myelife management team.
46. The winning customer is responsible for the licensing and registration of the vehicle. The customer has until the 31st August 2011 to have the vehicle licensed and registered in his/her name.
47. Should the winner be under the age of 18, the legal parent/guardian will be required to license the vehicle in their names. A written letter of consent will be required for the handover of the car.
48. The vehicle will only be handed over to the winner once licensing and registration documentation have been supplied and are in order.
49. The handover will take place at the end of July 2011 to allow for the aforesaid licensing and registration to be completed by the winner.
50. The winner will be required to sign a release form before taking receipt of the vehicle.
51. All finalists and the final Winner will be requested to be photographed at no cost for publicity purposes; pictures will be published in relevant media to announce the winner.
52. In the event that the finalists cannot be contacted within a reasonable time via the telephone number used to enter, management reserves the right to redraw another entry form to establish a winner for that week.
53. The grand prize consists of a single Hyundai i10.
54. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
55. The prize is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash or product.
56. Exact specifications and colour of the prize are subject to change and may differ from the picture on the advertised Material.
57. Employees of MyeLife (Pty) Limited, their promotional partners, printers, advertising, contractors and promotional agencies and their immediate families may not enter.
58. If required, MyeLife shall have the right to terminate the promotion immediately and without notice.
59. In the event of such termination, all finalists agree to waive any rights that they have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against MyeLife, their agents and promoters.
60. The winner will receive their vehicle at a pre-arranged handover in July 2011.
61. The winner will be responsible for the insurance of the vehicle from the day of handover, and a documentation of proof will be required at the handover.
